FLAGGL is aware that an outside booking agency called “Exhibitor Housing Services” or “Travel Partner International” has once again been contacting our sponsors and/or attendees claiming that the hotel is almost sold out and that they can reserve rooms for you that are more discounted than our group rate.   If someone contacts you to book your hotel room or indicates the rooms are almost sold out, it is advised that you do not provide them with your credit card and contact the hotel or FLAGGL directly at FLAGGL@eventfullyyourz.com or call 844-887-6477.

This year’s conference is expected to host a cross section of attendees from various industry institutions throughout the state of Florida and will include general sessions, keynote addresses, breakout sessions and networking opportunities with other colleagues and SBA officials. We are currently in the process of forming the agenda and will provide updates regularly as speakers and sessions are confirmed. Some topics from this year’s agenda may include:

Early Bird Registration – $349.00 (Expires April 13th)
Regular Registration – $399.00 (Expires July 1st)

*Note that attendee registrations are only refundable through July 20th. Substitutions are always accepted. Should the conference be cancelled or postponed due to weather or other unforeseen events outside FLAGGL control, refunds may not be provided.

Agenda

If you’re making your travel arrangements, plan to arrive on property by Monday afternoon in time to check in and attend our welcome reception. Golf will begin early this year at 8:00 am, and there are a limited number of rooms available for Sunday night so be sure to make your reservation early. The conference adjourns on Wednesday at 12:00 noon. A more detailed agenda will be made available as we get closer to the conference dates.

Sponsorship Opportunities

With thousands of contacts across the state of Florida, FLAGGL has an extensive reach. Our conference email blasts will reach professionals in the small business industry every 2-4 weeks, leading up to the start of the conference. All conference sponsors will have prominent placement on these email blasts and on our website, based on level of commitment.
The exhibitor hall will be placed directly within the first portion of the ballroom, so that attendees must enter through the exhibit hall to attend all general sessions and meals. Throughout the conference, we ensure that there is a significant amount of time between sessions for networking and exhibitor visits.
